LEVEN DREW LORD, III

Drew Lord III Construction, also known as DL3 wants to be your local partner in building.

Drew was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach, where construction ran deep in the family. His grandfather started a local commercial contracting company in 1975, which is still in operation today. Although Drew heard plenty of talk about construction around the dinner table, he chose a different path after college and enrolled at the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.

Drew spent four years practicing insurance defense litigation across Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, followed by a return to Pensacola to focus on construction litigation. After years in the legal profession, Drew realized his true passion wasn’t in law but in building.

Leaving the legal world behind, Drew returned home and joined his family’s business as an assistant project manager, later becoming a project manager. Looking to grow further, he moved on to work with a large commercial contractor in Panama City Beach giving him unmatched experience and a new perspective on how he might one day want to run his business. 

Over the years, Drew has led a wide range of commercial and residential projects, including custom homes, schools, hotels, apartment complexes, and financial institutions.

His mission with DL3 Construction is simple:
Bring a client-first approach to every project, focus on the details, treat people fairly, build lasting relationships, and deliver results that exceed expectations.
